Here is a short verse about a tree down the road that inspired it. Hope everyone has a great weekend and get those Halloween costumes and decorations ready!! ❤️🎃👻
Down the road lives
a spooky tree.
Every time I pass,
it stares at me.
At times it whispers,
through the breeze,
It stands alone,
“Let me be me.”
It’s limbs are bare,
of leaves and vines,
I hear it call,
“I want you as mine.”
Amy and Lindsay from my Spooky Twisties Series think everyone should have their own book of spells and paraphernalia to go with it. You never know when it may come in handy. What's you opinion?
A new 5 Star review on Spooky Twisties II from Team Golfwell:
"I enjoyed reading “Spooky Twisties II” by Terri Bertha the author of the Spooky Twisties Series. Again, as a fairly intelligent adult I thought (as I did when I read Spooky Twisties I) I would guess the ending of these connected spooky short stories, but the author is extremely creative and easily catches the interest and wonder of a young adult (as well as old adults) and this book, just like the first in the series, is very hard to put down.
Each story has a humorous streak in it (the same as the first book) which makes each story an entertaining and amusing read.
I also think both Spooky Twisties I and II are great exercises for imaginative young minds and expands the creativity of the young reader after reading these unique stories. I especially like the magic Very entertaining!"
A new 5 Star Review on Spooky Twisties I from TeamGolfwell:
"I enjoyed reading “Spooky Twisties” by Terri Bertha the author of the Spooky Twisties Series. The author is very creative and knows the young adult mind. Each story had a surprise ending which makes the reader want to read the next story, but the next story is a new adventure in reading.
This intelligent author interconnects the stories to add to the spookiness and the stories were very well written with a creepy (but friendly and relaxing as you first get into each spooky story.
I am going to read “Spooky Twisties II.”
By the way, I loved the hide and seek game in Chapter One and the truth or dare game in Chapter Nine.
Clever, a bit humorous, and written for a young adult world, yet I as an adult love and admire the imagination and humor of the author." - Team Golfwell

Sharing Laura Thomas’ reviews on Spooky Twisties I and II from her site FUONLYKNEW –Laura’s Ramblins and Reviews (The Kids Korner #31)
Spooky Twisties I: … I'd recommend this to young readers and adults. Fans who enjoy tales similar to R. L. Stine's Goosebump books will get a kick out of these.
Spooky Twisties II: … I had such a blast with these stories. And I'd be hard pressed to pick a favorite. They were suspenseful with just the right amount of spooky for the younger reader… Creative. Spooky. Humorous. Unpredictable. Perfect ingredients for fun.
