5.0 out of 5 starsGood storytelling makes for quality reading at any age.
ByKevin M. Hopsonon June 17, 2017 Format: Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase This was a quick and enjoyable read. Some stories were so cleverly simple, I could kick myself for not thinking of them. Others were very creative and had me admiring the author's thinking process. However, all of them were great reads with twists I didn't see coming, especially the endings. I would love to see many of these tales fleshed out and made into longer works, but they're effective and satisfying as is. A few of the stories were darker than I expected, but I say that in a good way. I feel this book can be enjoyed by a younger audience and adults alike. 5.0 out of 5 starsEnjoyed each and every story
ByElizabeth Moskat on June 14, 2017 Format: Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase What a fabulous book! I read this book myself and will now order some copies for friends' children. Enjoyed each and every story. I seriously think some of these stories would make great movies! In my Spooky Twisties series, the kids have a ‘we can accomplish or solve anything without an adult’ mentality, as this is an important part of growing up. This is an age of discovery, and first time experiences where ‘the world is their oyster’ abounds with opportunities.

http://terribertha.weebly.com/ Wonderful Stories!! A great read for all ages!!!
ByPaulaJo Gilberton June 5, 2017 Format: Paperback|Verified Purchase I've always loved mysteries and found this book to be among the best. I, as an adult, found this book to be well written and a great read. Each story has a unique twist that leaves you wanting more. Adults and children alike will love these tales of terror. I can't wait for the next one!!! It was a little weird last nite listening to Spooky Twisties. When Terri finished reading, she laid the book on a huge rock nearby. After talking about the stories and our favorites, we roasted marshmallows. When we picked up our stuff to go home, the book was gone.
Listening to Spooky Twisties was great last nite. I got freaked out though, when the flames grew and spread as we listened to the stories. I thought I felt a hand on my shoulder and something tickled my ear.
Last night, we all got together to read scary creepy stories around the fire. I had a hard time buffing my nails in the dark, but those stories really scared me. They had funny parts though.
