Sharing Laura Thomas’ reviews on Spooky Twisties I and II from her site FUONLYKNEW –Laura’s Ramblins and Reviews (The Kids Korner #31)
Spooky Twisties I: … I'd recommend this to young readers and adults. Fans who enjoy tales similar to R. L. Stine's Goosebump books will get a kick out of these. Spooky Twisties II: … I had such a blast with these stories. And I'd be hard pressed to pick a favorite. They were suspenseful with just the right amount of spooky for the younger reader… Creative. Spooky. Humorous. Unpredictable. Perfect ingredients for fun. Critique: "An original, deftly written, and impressively entertaining mix of horror, humor and 'twisted endings', "Spookie Twisties I" is very highly recommended for both school and community library collections for readers of all ages and will leave them looking eagerly toward the publication of "Spookie Twisties II"!." - Midwest Book Review Mary Cowper - Reviewer I have some 'frightfully' good news as I crossed a bucket list item off my 2018 list and am now an 'Official Member of Horror Writers Association'!
http://www.horror.org . So excited to share and benefit from this organization. From https://www.thebookdesigner.com/2017/12/e-book-cover-design-awards-november-2017/ Terri Bertha submitted Spooky Twisties II designed by Charlotte Volnek. “The book cover connects with the first story in Spooky Twisties II, but also has a connection to a story in Spooky Twisties I.” JF: Fun and well organized. Wishing everyone a Happy 2018! Hoping you all are enjoying Spooky Twisties and sharing with your friends and family. I've had some great feedback from young and old alike on the tales and hope to continue to provide fun, entertaining stories of my spooky neighborhood. Feel free to comment your feedback on the stories as I'd love to hear your thoughts.
